Scott L'Heureux
President and CEO, Jackson Therapy Partners
Scott L'Heureux oversees operations and strategic business development for Jackson Therapy Partners, a leading healthcare staffing firm based in Orlando, Florida.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, he was the president of EnableSoft, a leading provider of business efficiency software. Before that L'Heureux served as chief executive officer of Surgical Information Systems (SIS), a privately owned software and services company with the mission of improving the quality, organization, delivery and outcomes of surgical patient care through healthcare technology. He served on the SIS Board of Directors, the SIS India Board of Directors and chaired the company's Executive Advisory Board.
A recognized leader in shaping healthcare business and technology for more than 15 years, L'Heureux has held a variety of management roles with McKesson, IBAX Healthcare (a subsidiary of IBM and Baxter), and Pharmacia Upjohn (now Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals. His leadership success in the healthcare industry can be attributed to his dedication to creating products and services that directly impact the quality of patient care and his ability to recognize and nurture talent across an organization to drive outstanding results.
Having served in a consultative capacity on numerous external boards and advisory committees, L'Heureux is a current or past member of professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, Healthcare Financial Management Association. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in finance and management from Georgia State University and is a business professor at Seminole Community College.
A native Central Floridian, L'Heureux lives in Winter Springs with his wife and two children.

Leigh Pace
Vice President
Leigh Pace is the Vice President of Recruitment for Jackson Therapy Partners. As Vice President of Recruitment, Leigh has personally built and shaped the extremely talented and accomplished team of recruiters at Jackson Therapy Partners. Her expertise and many professional accomplishments have assisted with the team's unsurpassable growth throughout the Therapy Recruitment Division. Her knowledge of the industry coupled with her remarkable interpersonal skills has made her and her team a force to be reckoned with. Leigh's unique ability to relate to individual recruiters as well as her honest communication with current internal and external employees has also been a strong attribute to her professional development within this business.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, Leigh began her career in therapy recruitment as a recruiter and account manager for Universal Staffing, an Allied and Nursing Healthcare Staffing company supplying various types of healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing homes across the country.
Leigh is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Sociology and is currently living in Orlando Florida with her husband and son.

Alex Mills
Vice President
Alex Mills is the Vice President of Sales for Jackson Therapy Partners. Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, Mills served as the Divisional Director of Allied Services for World Health, an Allied Healthcare Staffing company supplying various types of healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing homes across the country. Before that Mills served as the Recruitment Manager for an Orlando based allied health staffing company specializing in diagnostic imaging.
Mills leadership as Vice President of Sales has helped to shape Jackson Therapy Partners into an industry leader in therapy staffing and has proved him instrumental in launching Jackson Therapy Partners' International therapist division. Mills has helped shape a talented group of Account Managers who share his same drive and vision. He enjoys working with his team, adding support and ensuring his team understands the importance of relationship building, honesty and feedback.
Mills is a Graduate of the University of Central Florida and currently resides in Orlando with his wife and three children.

Anthony Rintala
Vice President
Anthony Rintala oversees the international operations in Canada and the Philippines as well as marketing, and strategic business development for Jackson Therapy Partners.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, he was the President of Healthcare Support Staffing, a leading provider of healthcare professionals to hospitals, pharmacies, outpatient clinics, and other healthcare companies throughout the State of Florida. Rintala has also held titles of Account Manager, Recruiting Manager and Director of Operations within the healthcare staffing industry.
Rintala is a current or past member of professional organizations including the Central Florida Medical Group Management Association, the Central Florida Employment Council, and TEC Leadership Group of America. He holds bachelors degrees in finance and marketing from Florida State University.
A native Floridian, Rintala lives in College Park in Orlando, FL with his wife and two dogs.

Cynthia Martinez-Patin
Vice President of Human Resources
Cynthia is the Vice President of Human Resources for Jackson Therapy Partners. She is responsible for all of the Human Resources functions including staffing, new hire orientation, staff training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, Cynthia served as the National Recruitment Manager for the National Package Sales Division of Bluegreen Resorts. She managed key recruitment and staffing initiatives in over 30 states and Canada. Other positions Cynthia has held include Human Resources Consultant with The Orlando Sentinel (Tribune Company) and Recruitment and Retention Manager with DialAmerica Marketing Inc. where she developed the recruitment department for a 400 seat call center facility averaging 312,000 sales hours yearly.
Cynthia graduated from Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Management and has holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Everest University.

Gabriel Pedrero
Controller
Gabriel is the Controller for Jackson Therapy Partners. He oversees all the accounting and financial operations of the organization. Before joining Jackson Therapy Partners, he held various senior accounting and financial positions in various fields. Some fields of experience include healthcare, banking, document management, copy center, mailroom services, facilities management and public relations. Gabriel has over 16 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Gabriel is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Central Florida Chapter. Gabriel is also a part-time instructor for the University of Phoenix in the fields of Finance and Accounting.
Gabriel graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL with a dual Bachelors degree in Finance and International Business. Gabriel also graduated with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management in Orlando, FL with a Masters degree in Accounting. He enjoys working with his team, adding value and support to the organization and ensuring his team understands the importance of objectivity, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
Gabriel currently resides in Orlando, FL with his wife and two children.
